Why it matters
The stairs stand 19.5 in tall and fold flat. Non-slip pads on each step aid grip, and optional non-skid feet protect floors and keep it in place. Amazon Basics recommends it for pets under 110 lb and for furniture or vehicles.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Folds
- Non-slip pads
- Low price
Cons
- Plastic

Limitations to weigh
- Measure the bed or couch height first; the top step should be level with or just below it.
- Longer ramps give gentler angles; dogs with arthritis or back problems usually do better with a gentler slope than with steps.
