Why it matters
A 400 W motor gives 15,000 Pa suction, which oneisall says is 36% stronger, collecting up to 99% of hair. A suspended motor with two layers of insulation keeps noise near 59 dB. The 2 L bin suits multi-pet grooming, and the kit includes a vacuum brush, deshedding brush, clippers, trimmer, nail grinder and crevice tool.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
Good fit if
- Heavy shedders
- Multi-pet homes
- Nail care too
Look elsewhere if
- Noise-phobic dogs
- Cordless needs
- Tiny spaces
Pros and cons
Pros
- 15000 Pa
- Quiet
- Nail grinder
Cons
- Corded
- Bulky
- Plastic
Limitations to weigh
- Introduce the vacuum on its lowest setting at a distance first; many dogs need several sessions to accept the noise.
- Brush out mats before clipping, keep the blade flat against the coat and check blade heat often; double-coated breeds should not be shaved short without groomer or vet advice.
