Why it matters
The coat wraps around and closes with hook-and-loop, so tiny dogs do not have clothes pulled over their heads or legs lifted. A windproof, water-resistant shell, fleece lining and adjustable belly strap keep low bellies dry. The small fits about 5.5–10 lb; iBuddy stresses measuring chest girth. It is reflective and machine washable.
