Why it matters
HDE's raincoat is polyester with a water-resistant coating and a hood. Reflective material helps on dreary days and at night, and an adjustable belly strap secures it. Sizes go by length from the hood base: small 12.5 in, medium 15.5 in, large 22.5 in and XL.
