Why it matters
This 26 ft retractable bundles an LED light, a bag dispenser with three bags and an anti-chew steel cable. A tangle-free nylon strap and rust-resistant swivel hook pass through an open U-shaped mouth, and a one-touch brake locks it. The handle is non-slip.
