Why it matters
SparklyPets adds security clips so the belt cannot unlatch and free your dog. A shock-absorbing bungee softens pulls, and a rubber handle on the bungee gives firm control at crossings. It can be used hands-free or held. Three-year warranty, excluding chewing.
