Why it matters
Wavelength webbing stretches from 5.5 to 7 ft and absorbs shock. A swiveling Talon Clip connects securely, a traffic handle gives quick restraint, and the adjustable padded handle with a side-release buckle and aluminum uniloop lets you hold it, wear it around your waist or loop it around a tree without unclipping your dog. An accessory loop holds bags.
