Why it matters
The cordless design lets you place the 7 L fountain anywhere. Four-layer filtration traps hair and debris, the pump runs under 25 dB, and the body is food-grade 304 stainless steel. One-year warranty.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
Good fit if
- No-cord placement
- Cord chewers
- Stainless fans
Look elsewhere if
- Owners who won't recharge
- Very heavy drinkers
- Outdoor use
Pros and cons
Pros
- Cordless
- Stainless
- Quiet
Cons
- Battery life unstated
- Recharging
- Price
Limitations to weigh
- Take the fountain apart and clean the pump weekly, and change filters as the maker directs; slime builds up fast in warm rooms.
- Battery fountains only run when charged; motion-sensor modes save power but may not run for dogs that drink quietly.
