Why it matters
The seat is 23 x 22 x 13 in. The seat belt passes through side webbing and two adjustable straps add more security. A thickened base lifts small dogs to see out, and the cover unzips to machine wash. The spec table lists 35 lb, while the description says under 25 lb; plan on the lower figure.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
Good fit if
- Small dogs under 25 lb
- Budget buyers
- Long trips
Look elsewhere if
- Dogs near 35 lb
- Crash protection
- Owners wanting a warranty
Pros and cons
Pros
- Low price
- Roomy
- Washable cover
Cons
- Inconsistent weight guidance
- No warranty listed
- Containment only
Limitations to weigh
- Booster seats keep small dogs contained and calmer; they are not crash protection. Clip tethers to a harness, never a collar.
